Q: What is Aibo Attire?
A: Aibo Attire is a small webshop that sells custom aftermarket ears and tails for the Sony Aibo ERS-1000. All accessories are handmade by yours truly (HeatPhoenix) in the Netherlands.

Q: Is Aibo Attire related to or cooperating with other makers of aftermarket Aibo accessories?
A: Aibo Attire is solely run by Zacharia Rudge and is not cooperating with or related to other producers of aftermarket Aibo accessories unless otherwise explicitly stated. Aibo attire is also not working with, related to or acknowledge by SONY Corporation.

Q: What materials do you use to make your ears and tails?
A: Our ears and tails are made from high-quality silicone, made from a custom composition at 45A shore hardness.

Q: Can I customize the color and style of my ears and tail?
A: Absolutely! We offer a range of colors and styles to choose from, and we also do custom colors and other modifications at request, here.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within the week. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aibo Attire. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international shipping times and costs may vary and additional customs fees may apply.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

Q: Is my personal information secure when I shop at Aibo Attire?
A: Yes, we take your privacy and security very seriously. Our website is encrypted with SSL technology, and we do not store any credit card information on our servers.
